Researchers in a study addressed the following question: What was the impact of a smoking cessation intervention on knowledge and attitudes about smoking risks among college students? The design is as follows:
100 hundred students from two colleges are randomly assigned into 2 groups. Each group receives identical pre-tests, then one group gets the smoking cessation intervention and the other watches a video on the health effects of smoking.
