I already have an idea for my business I have included it on the attachment from the idea do a marketing and organizational plan for my Business plan. I have the textbook online so I’ll let you know how to access it (source). It matters that the format will be followed as the textbook and the youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuD5BqclY3c&feature=emb_title (How to write a Business Management Organization Plan for Your Business) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjrguLMxIf0&feature=emb_title (Marketing Plan Sample – 5 Simple Steps to Market Any Business) Refer to your textbook for the structure of the Marketing Plan. Be sure to include the following elements: 1. A SWOT analysis. 2. A Competitor analysis. 3. The Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Costs and Metrics. 4. The branding, logo, image of the firm which should fit the target market. You marketing plan must be for three years and fall in line with your milestones, as you describe them, in the business description section of your business plan. Do not forget the budget for all three years. The Organizational Plan will begin by: 1. Defining your Executive Management team with short Bio’s – each organization has their executive management team. It can be one person, if the business is a service run by one person, or it can have a full management team with a President and then Vice President’s including a Vice President of Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Operations, etc., or if the organization is a C Corporation then they will have the chief officers hence CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, etc. 2. An organizational behavior flow chart will then be developed to show the executive management team and who they manage. This organization chart will include all current employees of the organization and anticipated employees needed for the three year projection. All anticipated employees will be titled as such and it will be stated at what date you expect to be hiring them. 3. Any person or agency who will be outsourced will be included in the organizational chart as well. It will be stated this role will be outsourced. The role will properly be placed under the appropriate management as this is needed because that manager will be responsible for the outsourced person or agency. 3. Salary cost will be assigned to each person or agency in the organizational chart.
