Assignment overview for each categories compare 5 reference sources 1..almanacs, yearbooks- 2.. handbooks, directories, 3.handbooks, directories 4.indexes & abstracts 5. literary sources (Note that the literature sources will be examples of the other categories, e.g., an encyclopedia of African-American literature, a literary atlas, a Shakespeare dictionary, an annotated bibliography of award books, a literature database/index, etc.) 6..geographical sources (atlases & gazetteers) 7..biographical sources bibliographical sources EACH REFERENCE REVIEW MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING For each of the submissions outlined above, you will locate a minimum of five sources to review. For two of the five sources in each category, you need to do a thorough written review, 300 words each , along with two or more screenshots (or two or more scanned images for print sources). Comments may include things such as these: a feature you especially like; any notable shortcoming; how prek-12 students might use the resource; how it compares with other well-known resources of the same type; authority, accuracy, and bias; currency of information; cost. Consider giving brief descriptions of how the source covers a specific topic or two, so we get a sense of the nature and extent of information provided. For the remaining three sources of the five for each category, you are to provide two screenshots, but with brief comments; 150 words is a good target for these. I want you to look closely at enough titles that you know the important characteristics to use when evaluating reference materials. You may use one print source for each of the submissions. Include an APA style citation for each source that you include in your logs. (Since we don’t typically reference an entire online database, but instead a specific article or document from the database, you should do the APA citation for a specific article or document. If you talk about some specific topics covered in the source — which you should do — using an article for one of those topics that you discuss in your review is an obvious choice.) PUT THE CITATION WITH THE REVIEW, rather than on a separate page. To clarify, each submission should cover five reference sources. Always include at end of review the following: age/grade level range for which resource would be most appropriate; subject area(s) for which resource would be most appropriate; your overall rating on scale of 1-10, with 10 being highest recommendation. Just bullet these items, rather than putting it into paragraph form. We have a wealth of reference materials available through GALILEE (and for students from outside of Georgia, your own state’s shared reference databases). I will be pointing you to some specific resources that are important for all of us to know. Frequently asked questions
How soon can I get my paper done?
Will it be completely original? I don't want to be caught in a case of Academic Integrity Violation.
We are as paranoid as you are. Maybe even more! And we understand that the greatest sin you can commit in your academic journey is plagiarizing your academic work. To that end, we have made sure that we check and double-check our papers using high quality plagiarism detection tools such as SafeAssign and Turnitin before submitting the paper to you.
Who is my writer? Is he/she a native English Speaker?
All our writers are native English Speakers. That is not to say that ESL writers are not good, we just prefer hiring native writers because we want the very best people working on your paper. This might mean paying a little bit more for your paper as opposed to when you pay a foreign company whose writers are non-native English Speakers.
What if I need revisions? Will your charge additional for this?
Of course not! If you do happen to require a revision on your paper, our team will handle it for you free of charge. Matter of fact, we won’t rest till you are happy with your paper. So, ask for as many revisions as you need, it’s completely FREE!
Will you give me my money back if I don't like my paper?
We have very few instances where we delivered a paper that a client didn’t fall in love with. But if it so happens that you don’t like your paper for any reason whatsoever, we’ll refund your money back no questions asked.
I have more assignments after this, can you help me with those too?
Of course! And what’s even better is that we can reserve a writer permanently to work on your entire class. This comes in handy for projects which build up on each other and where you need just one writer, one writing style.
