As I mentioned, this will be the last week of our 10-week course and I seriously hope that you enjoyed the information that I presented this semester. I also hope that you are implementing some of these strategies in your attempt to be the best that you can be. At this time you should know how to maintain and improve your overall health and fitness as I have provided information to you on the following topics: * How to exercise your cardiovascular system. * How to improve your muscular strength and endurance. * How to decrease your body weight and body fat percentage. * How to increase your muscular flexibility. * How to improve your overall state of Nutrition. This has been a class on “How to take care of yourself” and once you have the knowledge, it’s really not that hard to do. Some self-discipline and some pain tolerance and you should be able to live a healthy, high energy and vibrant life! I recommend that you find an activity and /or sport that you will enjoy doing on a consistent basis that has health benefits and just DO IT! Frequently. The week ahead: There is one more documentary to watch that is just awesome, watch it. Also, there is one document to read through on Corporate Wellness Programs as all major Corporations really want their employees to be healthy for a variety of reasons. Final Exam/ Reflection # 2 is due on Friday, April 2nd on BB, please see the assignment tomorrow on the left side of the screen. There are 5 topics to write about and this reflection is worth 50 points in total so please give me your thoughts on the content.
